We can honestly say this is the best meal and restaurant experience we have ever had. Adrian Quetglas is a culinary genius, Michelin star at a very reasonable price. The ambience, the attentive staff, the fantastic food with drink pairing make it a must visit whilst in Palma. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Ate last night with my Italian chef friend Marcello Ghiretti. Excellent food well presented by very helpful staff. Red and rose wine pairings excellent as was the cava. Felt the two white wines were a little unexciting. Smooth but perhaps a little too delicate for the food

We were here last thursday.- You are lucky, because we have a cancellation so you can have a table tonight said a lovely girl in the reception. Then we had this set menu and the set 5 copas- and we enjoyed it to every little piece of the food and every little sip from the winesorts. A Lovely evening with Lovely staff starring Adrian himself. We recommend it totally!
