What a treat for your mouth and stomach. I came upon this place on my walk home and was drawn by the fresh ingredients and made-to-order counter that you can see into from the street side. I ordered a pizza (the price is really budget friendly by the way) and my eyes LIT UP from the first bite. Wow. I was shocked at how good the pizza was from their fresh ingredients, perfect temperature and the amount of chewiness from the dough. This will be my neighborhood staple.

Paul (Spanish by way of California via Miami through England and Italy) has shared something special with Barcelona. I’m kind of a pizza dork and his pizzas are just as great as anything I’ve had in Italy, NYC, Chicago or my own pizza enclave of Dallas. Prices are reasonable, and more importantly ingredients are on point! Italian flour dough baked in a certified Napoli brick oven.
