Went here for our 1st dining experience in Spain. Though we were a bit early for Spaniard timing on dinner, they were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Food and drinks were amazing and we couldn't believe how affordable.
The grill master shows up around 8pm to begin the true show of Spanish sausage and grilled meats on a wood fired grill as patrons watch; he is like a barista, entertaining and conversing with patrons as he does his magic.
Our server could not have been more welcoming to us and giving us true Spanish hospitality.

Fantastic! A must try while in Madrid. If you are sick and tired of hamon serano and manchego cheese or mediocre paella, this is the place to go for great steaks, (based on American beef standards), rib eye and skirt steak, home style hand peeled french fries, very fresh rucola or arugula also with Parmesan slices and pear. There was a complimentary excellent gazpacho and excellent desserts. Friendly, professional service with strong wine recommendations. Don't miss it while in Madrid. You will not be disappointed.
