Got a little tired of eating tapas and jamon, so decided to look up korean places. This place definitely hit the spot! Got some Kalbi (marinated beef short ribs) and some ja Jiang myun (black bean noodles) and they were both delicious.
We had the dumpling starters and they were probably better than I get in the US. The ja jiang myun doesn't taste like what you are used to, but was really good. It is spicy though so beware.
I kind of want to come back and try some other dishes.

My favorite Korean place in the city centre (after Seoul restaurant in Puerto de Toledo). The place is quite nice compared to Seoul but the food is just decent. The only thing I would recommend getting is the Spicy Chicken. I haven't tried all of the Korean dishes, but I have tried a good amount and they were just all ok but good enough for Madrid.

I love this place. They have great soups and everything I've tried has been delicious! The service is pretty good too, not overtly friendly, but definitely attentive. They have a great daily lunch menu, on weekends too, for about 12 euros. I have mostly eaten a la carte and no dish has been disappointing yet. My favorite thing to order though is the spicy beef soup, Yuke Chang, it was exactly what I needed on a day I was feeling a bit sick. The portion is enough to fill you up since it comes with a bowl of rice, but you can order a small appetizer, like the seaweed salad for 4 euros. I've also tried the Kimchi soup, Kimchi Chi Ke, which was also delicious and came with a bowl of soup and a few other small plates. The rolls are pretty creative, for Spanish standards, and come in big portions. We tried the Korean beer, since it was free with a Yelp check-in, and I really liked it. They do have a Korean BBQ option, but I have not tried it yet. Overall I think this is a great restaurant. Great food and good service, plus its not too busy. I don't have to worry about making a reservation....yet.
