We know Cottontree from our home city The Hague and we were very pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant in Palma and with former Cottontree Mer chef Gert Jan Cieremans in the kitchen. We also know his qualities as a renowned Michelin star cook. So, next day we had dinner with friends in Cottrontree and we were all amazed about the superb quality of ALL of the courses. Their winelist is also terrific so we had among the best Mallorquin wines accompanying our 5 star dinner. If you are on the island go there and if you are in Palma you MUST go there.
